Dugeun Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Lime Inc. (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of "Dugeun" (the "Service"), an AI-based entertainment service that predicts a fetus’s sex and appearance, provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" means all entertainment features that provide an AI-estimated sex and generated images (the "Results") based on the ultrasound images uploaded by the user.

"User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

Article 3 (Nature of the Service)

The Service is an AI prediction service for entertainment and reference only, not a medical diagnosis.

The Results may not be used as a basis for medical judgment and are not intended for fetal sex determination.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the Results and is not responsible for any discrepancy between the Results and the actual sex or appearance of the fetus.

Article 4 (Payment and Refunds)

Payments for paid products by overseas users are processed through PayPal (credit/debit card).

If the AI fails to generate the Results, you are automatically refunded.

Once the Results have been delivered normally, refunds may be limited due to the nature of digital content.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users may upload only ultrasound images of themselves or images for which they have obtained consent.

Uploading another person's image without authorization, using the Results for actual medical purposes, or using the Service for the purpose of sex determination is prohibited.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

The economic copyright in the Results generated by the Service belongs to the Company; however, users may freely use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Copyright in the original images uploaded by the user belongs to the user.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

Given the nature of AI models, the Company is not liable for errors, delays, or interruptions in the Results unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

The Company is not liable for any damages arising from a user's use of the Results for medical, legal, or sex-selection purposes.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms when necessary and will give notice within the Service upon any amendment.

Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service.

Addendum

These Terms take effect immediately upon announcement during 2026.
