1. Personal Data We Collect
Dugeun collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.

Ultrasound images (input for AI prediction)
•
Parent face photos (input for AI baby-face generation)
•
Payment information (card approval number and transaction ID — handled by PayPal)
•
Service usage records, access logs, IP address, cookies
3. Retention Period
•
Original ultrasound images: automatically deleted within 24 hours after the Results are generated
•
Parent face photos: automatically deleted immediately upon completion (or failure) of generation
•
Generated Results: automatically deleted after 30 days (images you save yourself remain on your device)
•
Payment records: retained for up to 5 years as required by applicable law (held by the payment processor, PayPal)
4. Third-Party Provision
We provide personal data to the following processors to deliver the Service.
•
Google Gemini (Google LLC) — sex prediction inference
•
fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc.) — AI image generation
•
Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc.) — image storage
•
PayPal — payment processing
5. Processing Consignment
We entrust the following operations to provide the Service.
•
Vercel, Inc. — service infrastructure hosting
•
Upstash, Inc. — session and cache storage
•
Consigned operations continue for the duration of service provision and are destroyed upon termination of the consignment contract.
6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time
•
You can re-access your own Results via the result link you saved on the result screen
•
You may request suspension of processing or withdrawal of consent
•
